Essential Oils

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in various cultures for medicinal and health purposes. Essential oil uses range from aromatherapy, household cleaning products, personal beauty care, and natural medicine treatments.

The particles in essential oils come from distilling or extracting the different parts of plants, including the flowers, leaves, bark, roots, resin, and peels. Essential oils carry the essence of the plants in such a potent form the a single drop of essential oil can equal multiple teaspoons of the dried herb (for instance, 1 drop of peppermint oil equals more than 25 cups of peppermint tea and oils can be up to 70xs more potent than their dried herbal form). And they can be used or applied in a multitude of ways and combinations to bring powerful results to your task, atmosphere, and bodies.

All essential oils are made up of various chemical constituents whose research is continually growing, especially in recent years. In addition to these impressive qualities, they often also transfer very pleasurable sensory experiences within minutes because of their fragrances and restorative natures, making them impactful on our brain chemistry, emotional well-being, and spiritual wellness. This makes for a highly vast and diverse list of uses for essential oils. Essential oil benefits come from their antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. These healing oils are rapidly growing in popularity because they act as natural medicine without any side effects. Julianne can blend a personalized essential oil compound that is designed just for you and your needs.
